However, Thai seafoods have not been as much recognized as the place they came from. Even in Thailand, our seafood has been shadowed by all imported once. I would like to see the changes, so Samut is created.

Here at Samut, we will use only local seafoods caught by small & sustainable fishermen who respect and love our sea. There will be no meats served here at Samut.

First we want to introduce all amazing local seafoods to the world. Secondly, we want to decrease the carbon footprint of the restaurant industry.
